描述Dargistotug (M-6223), a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody, specifically binds to TIGIT (T cell immune receptor with Ig domain and ITIM), an inhibitory checkpoint receptor that plays a critical role in immune regulation. Dargistotug (M-6223) mitigates NK cell depletion, enhances cytokine secretion, modulates effector T cell activity, and increases regulatory T cell (Treg) function, thereby contributing to the broader immunosuppressive environment. Dargistotug (M-6223) has thus become an important agent in research focused on immune checkpoint inhibition.
