名称Chlorophyll b
描述Chlorophyll b is a tetrapyrrole natural pigment, which widely exists in plants and algae, and participates in the photosynthesis process as accessory pigments. Chlorophyll b, as a hydrogen donor, can improve the level of Glutathione and show certain antioxidant activity, which is used to study the mechanism of photosynthesis and related redox processes.
体内活性Chlorophyll b (0.2-0.5 mg/kg；灌胃；每天；13 天) 可减轻 Cisplatin引起的小鼠 DNA 损伤、染色体不稳定性和氧化应激[2]。 Chlorophyll b (0.5 mg/kg；灌胃；每日；13 天) 与叶黄素结合在小鼠体内表现出抗基因毒性和抗诱变作用，并可防止 Cisplatin 诱导的外周血细胞 GSH 耗竭[3]。
