Bioactivity

名称Rulonilimab
描述Rulonilimab (SG001) is a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). This product specifically binds to the PD-1 receptor on the surface of T cells, blocking its interaction with ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2. This action alleviates the PD-1 pathway-mediated inhibition of T-cell activation, thereby restoring the immune system's ability to eliminate tumor cells. In clinical studies, Rulonilimab is frequently evaluated in combination with multi-kinase inhibitors (such as Lenvatinib) as a first-line therapy for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), aiming to enhance anti-tumor efficacy through the synergistic effects of immune checkpoint inhibition and anti-angiogenesis.
