名称Gypenoside LI
描述Gypenoside LI is a natural product with anticancer activity that generates ROS, downregulates procaspase-8 and MMP-2/9, inhibits Wnt/β-catenin signaling, and induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.
体外活性Gypenoside LI (0-80 μM) 剂量依赖性地抑制A549细胞活性，并能够诱导该细胞发生G2/M期周期阻滞及凋亡[1]。 Gypenoside LI (75 和 29.71 μg/mL) 能够诱导细胞发生内源性凋亡，并伴随S期周期阻滞。Gypenoside LI通过抑制Wnt/β-catenin信号通路来降低黑色素瘤细胞的集落形成能力[2]。
