名称Apstatin TFA
描述Apstatin TFA is a potent, selective aminopeptidase P (APP) inhibitor (Ki=0.64 μM). It exerts cardioprotective effects by increasing local bradykinin levels.
体内活性Apstatin TFA 在大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型中（静脉注射），显著缩减梗死面积；该效应主要通过激活缓激肽 B2 受体介导[1]。
