Bioactivity

名称Tat-beclin 1 acetate
描述Tat-beclin 1 acetate is a potent inducer of autophagy and interacts with the negative regulator of autophagy, GAPR-1. Tat-beclin 1 acetate decreases the accumulation of polyglutamine expansion protein aggregates and the replication of several pathogens (including HIV-1).
体外活性Tat-beclin 1 acetate（10 μM；感染后2-4小时）在小鼠源性骨髓衍生的巨噬细胞（BMDMs）中减少了L. monocytogenes的细胞内存活[1]。Tat-beclin 1 acetate（10、30、50 μM；24小时）促进自噬，并导致p62（一种选择性自噬底物）的剂量依赖性减少，以及LC3非脂质化形式，LC3-I，向脂质化的、与自噬体相关的LC3形式，LC3-II的剂量依赖性转化，在多种细胞系和小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞（MEFs）中均有观察到此效应[1]。
体内活性Tat-beclin 1 acetate 能降低感染基孔肯亚病毒(CHIKV)或西尼罗病毒(WNV)的小鼠死亡率。当以15 mg/kg剂量通过腹腔注射给成年小鼠和新生小鼠的中枢神经系统时，Tat-beclin 1 acetate能诱导周围组织及新生小鼠中枢神经系统的自噬作用[1]。
