物化性质：本品为淡黄色透明液体，溶于大多数有机溶剂。

产品用途：针对中高端PVC产品，如发泡PVC人造革、服装革、电线电缆对增塑剂闪点的要求，我公司开发了高闪点高环氧值的环氧脂肪酸甲酯二号。 

产品特点：

1、高闪点：闪点可达到１９０℃－１９５℃，这是国内同类产品所无法达到的品质，高闪点在生产PVC制品时遇高温不易挥发，在发泡PVC时不会在发泡箱内发生闪爆燃烧。

2、环氧值高：环氧值越高接触高温环氧值降低越少，增塑效果不会下降。同时可有效增加替代份数，降低PVC制品的生产成本。

3、无异味：无异味才能保证最终产品无任何异味，压延膜及发泡生产时车间内不会产生刺鼻气味。 

4、环保：此产品以天然植物油脂为原料，具有良好的环保性能，符合欧盟环保要求。

5、环氧脂肪酸甲酯2号的相容性好，挥发性低，对光和热有良好的稳定作用，可降低稳定剂的使用量。

Physicochemical Properties：It is a kind of light yellow and transparent liquid, and is soluble in most organic solvent.

Application: Aiming at the higher flash point requirements of the midlle/high-level PVC products, such as PVC foaming artificial leather, clothing leather and electric wire,cable, etc., we have devoloped Epoxy Fatty Acid Methyl Ester 2, which has the higher flash point and high epoxy value.

Product Features:1. High flash point: The flash point has reached 190 to 195 degrees, which is the best quality among the same products in China. The higher flash point, the less to evaporate, which can avoid the explosion and combustion in the foming tank during the PVC production process.

2. High Epoxy Value: The higher epoxy value, the less the epoxy value will reduce, which can not affect the plasticization effect with high temperature . Meanwhile, it can increase the displacing portions and reduce the production cost of the PVC products.

3. No odor: Our product has no odor, which guarantees that the finished products have no odor and there is not inoffensive odor in the workshop duing rolling film and foaming production.

4. Environmental-protection: Our product is made of natural vegetable oil, which has the good enviromental-protection property and meets the environmental-protection requirements of EU.

5. With good compatibility, low vaporization and good stability to the light and heat, it can reduce the use quantity of stabilizer.
