名称Tellimagrandin II
描述Tellimagrandin II is an orally active natural product exhibiting inhibitory activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, while also inhibiting AchE and improving memory impairment.
体外活性Tellimagrandin II在40 µg/mL浓度下处理24小时，可破坏Staphylococcus aureus的细胞壁完整性[2]。 在耐甲氧西林Staphylococcus aureus中，Tellimagrandin II（40 µg/mL）处理5小时能显著降低mecA基因转录水平及PBP2a蛋白表达量[2]。 在RAW264.7巨噬细胞中，Tellimagrandin II (50 μM)作用6小时可明显抑制LPS诱导的一氧化氮生成，并下调NOS2的mRNA与蛋白表达[3]。 Tellimagrandin II (25 或 50 μM) 处理12小时，能有效降低RAW264.7巨噬细胞中LPS刺激下的COX-2蛋白表达及前列腺素E2合成[3]。 Tellimagrandin II (12.5-50 μM) 孵育10分钟乙酰胆碱酯酶具有显著的抑制活性，其IC50值为18.6 μM[4]。
体内活性在Scopolamine诱导的健忘ICR小鼠模型中，Tellimagrandin II (100 和 200 mg/kg，p.o.，每日一次，持续10 天) 显著改善了小鼠被动回避实验和水迷宫实验中的学习和记忆功能[4]。
