名称BODIPY 493/503 NHS ester
描述BODIPY 493/503 NHS ester is the preferred tool for coupling this dye to proteins or antibodies. NHS esters can label primary amines (R-NH₂) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. BODIPY 493/503 NHS ester conjugates exhibit bright fluorescence, narrow emission bandwidths, and relatively long excited-state lifetimes, suitable for fluorescence polarization assays and two-photon excitation (TPE) microscopy. Ex/Em (nm) = 496/508.
体外活性方法：BODIPY 493/503 NHS ester通过NHS酯-胺偶联与biotin-X cadaverine反应，以合成荧光生物素探针。 结果：成功制备用于后续荧光各向异性实验的BODIPY-biotin偶联物。[1] 方法：BODIPY 493/503 NHS ester直接与人凝血酶反应，制备荧光标记凝血酶用于适配体荧光实验。 结果：成功获得BODIPY标记凝血酶，并将其作为后续实验的荧光靶分子。[2] 方法：BODIPY 493/503 NHS ester与PAMAM-PEG-EpDT3按约5:1摩尔比在100 mM NaHCO3中、4°C避光反应12 h，随后超滤去除未反应染料。 结果：成功制备BODIPY标记的PAMAM-PEG-EpDT3，用于后续示踪实验。[3]
