名称Pinoresinol
描述Pinoresinol ((+)-Pinoresinol) has antiinflammatory, hepatoprotective, and fungicidal activities, it can protect pial microcirculation from I-reperfusion injury, to increase nitric oxide release and to reduce oxidative stress preserving pial blood flow distribution; it may exert pharmacologically interesting effects via modulation of the insulin-like signalling pathway in C.elegans. Pinoresinol causes an upregulation of the CDK inhibitor p21(WAF1/Cip1) both at mRNA and protein levels, inhibits NF-kappaB and activating protein 1 (AP-1).
体外活性六种木脂素标准品[二葡糖苷型亚麻仁素（SDG）、亚麻仁素（SECO）、松脂素（PINO）、落脂松素、松节素（MAT）和羟基松节素]及其大肠代谢产物[内酯醇（ENL）和内醇]进行了研究。首先，不同分化的细胞暴露在SDG、SECO、PINO或ENL的不同浓度下4小时，其细胞内含量（脱偶联前后）通过HPLC确定。其次，在IL-1β刺激的密贴和/或分化细胞中，通过酶联免疫测定法定量不同的可溶性促炎介质和利用瞬时转染细胞检测NF-κB激活途径来测试木脂素的效果。SECO、PINO和ENL被细胞吸收并部分结合，这是一个饱和的结合过程，而SDG则不是。PINO的结合效率最高（细胞中总量的75%）。在炎症细胞中，PINO显著降低了密贴和分化细胞中IL-6的水平，分别减少了65%和30%，并在密贴细胞中降低了环氧化酶（COX）-2衍生的前列腺素E(2)62%。相比之下，MAT在密贴细胞中显著增加了COX-2衍生的前列腺素E(2)。此外，PINO剂量依赖性地减少了IL-6和巨噬细胞趋化蛋白-1的分泌以及NF-κB活性。
