Bioactivity

名称4-Chlorochalcone
描述4-Chlorochalcone is a biologically active chalcone with potential inhibitory effects on human MAO-B and ROS/RNS production and is able to inhibit the growth of CAL51 cells.
体外活性4-Chlorochalcone 在体外能强效抑制 MAO-A（IC₅₀ = 9.10 ± 0.038 μM）和 MAO-B（IC₅₀ = 0.066 ± 0.0025 μM），对 MAO-B 稍具选择性。同时其对 AChE 的抑制作用较弱（IC₅₀ = 1.25 ± 0.42 μM）[1]。

溶解度H2O : < 1 mg/mL (insoluble)
DMSO : 100 mg/mL (412.03 mM), Sonication and heating are recommended.
