名称Danshensu sodium
描述Danshensu sodium (Dan shen suan A) is a phenolic compound with oral bioactivity that activates Nrf2/HO-1 and inhibits the NF-κB pathway. It reduces reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, enhances antioxidant defenses, and suppresses intrinsic apoptotic pathways. Additionally, Danshensu sodium exhibits significant antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 with an EC50 of 0.97 μM. It offers antioxidant, anti-apoptotic, and anti-inflammatory benefits for the lungs, presenting potential for research in COVID-19, cardiovascular, and cerebrovascular diseases.
体外活性Danshensu (Dan shen suan A) sodium 有效抑制 SARS-CoV-2 S 蛋白假型病毒进入 ACE2 过表达的 HEK-293T 细胞 (IC 50 = 0.31μM) 和 Vero-E6 细胞 (IC 50 = 4.97μM)。Danshensu (0-100 μM；24小时) sodium 在高浓度 (50 和 100 μM) 下显著减少 FaDu 和 Ca9-22 细胞的迁移和侵袭。此外，Danshensu (0-100 μM；24小时) sodium 以剂量依赖的方式降低 FaDu 细胞中 ERK 和 p38 的磷酸化。Danshensu (0-100 μM；24、48、72 小时) sodium 对人口腔癌细胞无细胞毒性作用。
体内活性在SARS-CoV-2 S感染前给予Danshensu (Dan shen suan A; 25、50、100mg/kg；每天口服给药，连续7天或静脉注射一次) sodium，可剂量依赖性地减轻SARS-CoV-2 S感染小鼠的病理改变。
