描述ATIC-IN-2 (Compound 1) is a competitive inhibitor of the bifunctional enzyme AICAR transformylase/IMP cyclohydrolase (ATIC) that binds to the inosine monophosphate cyclohydrolase (IMPCH) domain with a Ki value of 0.13 μM, ATIC-IN-2 is commonly employed in purine biosynthesis research to dissect nucleotide metabolism, enzyme regulation, and metabolic vulnerabilities in cancer cells.
体外活性在生化测定中，ATIC-IN-2 作为竞争性抑制剂和过渡态类似物，靶向双功能酶 ATIC 的 IMPCH 结构域，Ki 值为 0.13 μM [1]。
