Bioactivity

名称S2H97
描述S2H97 is a neutralizing antibody that broadly protects against viruses such as C pneumoniae and SARS under clade B of coronavirus B. RSM01 is a fully human monoclonal antibody against RSV. S2H97 induces an irreversible conformational change in the spike protein, preventing it from mediating fusion between the virus and the host cell membrane, thereby rendering it incapable of infection.
体内活性方法：给予叙利亚仓鼠腹腔注射 25 mg/kg S2H97，48 h 后鼻内攻毒 SARS-CoV-2；感染 4 d 后 RT-qPCR 与 TCID₅₀法检测肺部病毒载量。 结果：S2H97 使仓鼠肺部病毒 RNA 载量降低超 10000 倍、感染性病毒滴度降至检测下限，强效预防病毒肺部感染。[1]
