名称TGFBR1-IN-2
描述TGFBR1-IN-2 (Compound AQA) is a TGFBR1 inhibitor (KD: 0.01 μM) and antimicrobial agent. It serves as a substrate for cytochrome P450. The compound contains a pyridyl-6-methyl group, essential for inhibiting Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and effectively inhibits non-replicating and persistent strains of this bacterium.
体外活性TGFBR1-IN-2对非复制的Mycobacterium tuberculosis展现出抑菌活性，其MIC 90NR为1 μM、MIC 90为20 μM、MIC 50为16 μM。TGFBR1-IN-2（2-20 μM，35天）在含利福平和异烟肼的Mycobacterium tuberculosis-GFP培养物中对药物耐受性微生物具有抑菌效果。
体内活性TGFBR1-IN-2 (10 mg/kg, p.o.) 在 CD1 小鼠中具有短暂的半衰期和较低的血浆浓度，T 1/2 为 1.8 h，C max 为 280 ng/mL，AUC last 为 640 h*ng/mL。
