名称Retinoic acid (Standard)
描述Retinoic acid (Standard) is a reference standard of retinoic acid, suitable for quantitative analysis, quality control, and related research in biochemical experiments. Retinoic acid is a metabolite of vitamin A and a natural agonist of the retinoic acid receptor (RAR), activating RARα/β/γ (IC50 = 14 nM). Retinoic acid can induce cell differentiation, reduce cell proliferation, and inhibit tumorigenesis. Retinoic acid can inhibit the transcription factor Nrf2 by activating the retinoic acid receptor.
