名称PG-11047 2HCl
描述PG-11047 2HCl is an apoptosis-stimulating agent used in the treatment of genitourinary disorders, immune system disorders, genetic disorders and malformations, ocular disorders, and disorders of the blood and lymphatic systems, and in the study of lymphomas and prostate cancer.
体外活性PG-11047 2HCl (13 nM-5 mM; 72 h) inhibits the growth of members of a broad range of mammary cell lineages, with basal-like cell lines being inhibited at lower concentrations than luminal cell lines.[1] PG-11047 2HCl (0.3, 10, 300 μM; 48 h, 72 h) shows a significant reduction in S-phase fraction at doses that produce little apoptosis.[1]
