名称Gremubamab
描述Gremubamab (MEDI3902) is a humanised monoclonal antibody targeting PcrV/Psl, exhibiting bivalent and bispecific properties. It binds to both the PAPcrV protein and Psl extracellular polysaccharide, making it suitable for studying Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections.
体内活性Gremubamab（1、5、15 mg/kg，静脉注射，于感染后1小时给药）对兔急性肺炎模型具有保护作用，提高存活率[2]。
