描述	Cortisone-D8 in Methanol, Concentration: 100µg/mL (Standard) is a reference standard of Cortisone-D8 (TMID-0130), suitable for quantitative analysis, quality control, biochemical experiments, and related research. Cortisone-D8 is a deuterated form of CORTISONE. Cortisone (17-Hydroxy-11-dehydrocorticosterone) is the oxidized metabolite of Cortisol (a glucocorticoid). Cortisone possesses anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects. At high concentrations, Cortisone partially interferes with the binding of Glucocorticoid to the Glucocorticoid receptor.
体外活性	方法：健康志愿者外周血单核细胞（PBMCs）用Concanavalin A（5.0 μg/mL）刺激活化后，以Cortisol（100或1000 ng/mL）联合Cortisone（1-10,000 ng/mL）处理96 h，使用细胞死亡检测ELISA试剂盒定量检测DNA片段化（凋亡）水平。结果：Cortisone（1-10,000 ng/mL）剂量依赖性地抑制Cortisol诱导的PBMCs凋亡[1]。
