名称2,2'-Bipyridine
描述2,2'-Bipyridine is a unique bioactive natural product molecular scaffold commonly used in the core structure of many chelating ligands. 2,2'-Bipyridine acts as a bridge in the arrangement of the catalytic center. 2,2'-Bipyridine has good redox stability and glycemic activity.
体内活性2,2 '- Bipyridine (40 mg/kg; sc; once) produces initial hyperglycemia (an increase of 53.8 mg/100 mL in 2 hours), and then a short hypoglycemic phase occurs in 24 hours, without permanent diabetes [2].
