Bioactivity

名称MS8511 HCl
描述MS8511 HCl is a selective and potent covalent inhibitor of G9a/GLP that acts by targeting cysteine residues in the substrate binding site. MS8511 has anticancer activity and antiproliferative activity and reduces intracellular H3K9me2 levels.MS8511 can be used to study a wide range of cancers including brain, breast, and ovarian cancers .
体外活性MS8511 HCl在0-100 μM范围内，10分钟内，相较于其他PKMTs和PRMTs，选择性抑制G9a和GLP，IC50值分别为100 nM（G9a）和140 nM（GLP）[1]。50分钟作用时间下，MS8511 HCl显示出对G9a的共价修饰偏好超过GLP，Kd值分别为44 nM（G9a）和46 nM（GLP）[1]。在0-5 μM范围和24-72小时的作用时间内，MS8511 HCl有效减少了MDA-MB-231和K562细胞中的H3K9me2标记[1]。在3天内，0.8至25 μM的浓度范围内，MS8511 HCl抑制了MDA-MB-231细胞的生长[1]。
