名称N-Methyl Mesoporphyrin IX
描述N-Methyl Mesoporphyrin IX is a widely used specific fluorescent G-quadruplex DNA binder that can effectively monitor A β fibrillation. N-Methyl Mesoporphyrin IX is sensitive to G-quadruplex DNA and shows no response to duplex, triplex, or single-stranded forms of DNA. N-Methyl Mesoporphyrin IX requires stacking with A β assemblies to emit strong fluorescence. Meanwhile, N-Methyl Mesoporphyrin IX is an in situ inhibitor and an ex situ monitor for A β amyloidogenesis in vitro and in cells.
体外活性方法：将N-Methyl Mesoporphyrin IX与平行、反平行和混合型鸟嘌呤四链体DNA结构孵育，并检测荧光和光谱响应。 结果：在平行链G-四链体存在时荧光提高约60倍，在部分非平行G-四链体存在时提高约40倍；其对双链或单链DNA的响应明显较弱，可用于指示G-四链体链方向。[1]
