名称5-HT7R antagonist 3
描述Compound 6.4, also known as 5-HT7R antagonist 3, is a selective antagonist of the 5-HT7R with a Ki of 8 nM. It exhibits significantly less affinity towards D2R, 5-HT1AR, and 5-HT2AR with Ki values of 511 nM, 8930 nM, and 5786 nM, respectively. In mice, 5-HT7R antagonist 3 demonstrates anti-depressant and anti-anxiety activities.
体外活性3 是一种5-HT 7 R拮抗剂，其浓度范围为1 pM至1 μM，可以抑制表达人类5-HT的细胞内cAMP的产生，具有113 nM的IC 50和14 nM的K b值。
体内活性5-HT 7 R拮抗剂3（1.25-10 mg/kg，腹腔注射，测试前60分钟）在重20-25克的雄性BalbC小鼠中展示出了显著的抗焦虑及抗抑郁效果。
