名称EDTMP
描述EDTMP is a chelating agent with bone-targeting properties; its phosphonic acid groups exhibit high affinity and binding capacity for hydroxyapatite in bone tissue, making it suitable for research into the palliative treatment of bone pain associated with multiple bone metastases.
体内活性方法： 在患有原发性骨肉瘤的犬模型中，给予单次 1.0 mCi/kg 或两次（间隔 1 周）静脉注射¹⁵³Sm-EDTMP，观察疼痛缓解、肿瘤体积变化及生存时间。 结果： 40 只肿瘤犬中 78% 出现疼痛缓解，25 只出现肿瘤体积缩小，7 只达到无病状态，缓解组平均生存期为 27 个月，部分缓解组为 5 个月，无缓解组为 0.7 个月[1]。
