名称E/Z-FETPY
描述E/Z-FETPY is an organic diiron (I) complex with significant cytotoxicity in cancer cell lines, capable of inducing ferroptosis in poorly differentiated cell lines, such as A2780 cells.
体外活性E/Z-FETPY（72 小时）具有细胞毒性效应，可以抑制 HCT 116、MCF7 和 A2780 细胞的生长，其 IC 50 值分别为 4 μM、2.1 μM 和 2.5 μM。在 E/Z-FETPY（2.5 μM；24-48 小时）的孵育下，A2780 细胞的铁摄取量随时间增加。E/Z-FETPY 能抑制过氧化氢 (H2O2) 和过氧亚硝酸盐 (O═NOO -)，同时促进超氧化物阴离子 (O2 -) 和一氧化氮 (NO) 的产生。FETPY (5 μM) 引起小鼠 B16-F1 和 B16-F10 黑色素瘤细胞发生显著的形态变化，导致其衰老和/或转分化为雪旺样细胞，显著降低其致瘤潜力。
体内活性FETPY (4 mg/kg；腹腔注射；每天一次；持续 3 周) 显著减少了两种模型中的肿瘤生长率和体积。
