描述Anti-Mouse IFNγR/CD119 Antibody (GR-20) is a rat-derived IgG2a κ inhibitory antibody that binds specifically to the α chain of mouse IFNγR (CD119) to block the interaction between IFNγ and CD119, thereby inhibiting the IFNγ-mediated signaling pathway. Anti-Mouse IFNγR/CD119 Antibody (GR-20) can be widely applied to relevant research in the fields of cancer, infectious diseases, inflammatory diseases and immunology, such as the research on the pathogenesis of melanoma and the research on genital tract inflammation induced by Chlamydia trachomatis infection .
体外活性Anti-Mouse IFNγR/CD119 Antibody (GR-20) 处理 1 小时后，可下调 B16 黑色素瘤细胞中非常规 MHC 分子 Qa-1b 的表达水平 [1]。
体内活性Anti-Mouse IFNγR/CD119 Antibody (GR-20) 经腹腔注射给药（200 μg / 次，沙眼衣原体感染前 1 天首剂给药，后续每间隔 1 天给药 1 次），可诱导感染小鼠出现广泛性生殖道炎症及组织损伤 [2]。
