Bioactivity

名称Crenulatin
描述Crenulatin, a natural gallotannin, has a bi-directional effect on apoptosis in mouse cerebral microvascular endothelial cells, acting through the regulation of Fas/Bcl-2 expression and caspase-3 activity.
体外活性在小鼠脑微血管内皮细胞（bEnd.3）中，Crenulatin在25 mg/L浓度下可抑制细胞凋亡（处理24小时后Fas和caspase-3表达下降，Bcl-2表达上升），而在100 mg/L时则促进细胞凋亡（Fas和caspase-3表达上升，Bcl-2下降），说明其对细胞凋亡具有剂量依赖的双向调节作用[1]。
