名称cGMP Dependent Kinase Inhibitor Peptide acetate
描述cGMP Dependent Kinase Inhibitor Peptide acetate is a highly selective, ATP-competitive inhibitor of cGMP-dependent protein kinase (PKG/cGKI). cGMP Dependent Kinase Inhibitor Peptide acetate is a synthetically produced peptide with a Ki value of 86 μM. cGMP Dependent Kinase Inhibitor Peptide acetate inhibits PKG-dependent myosin light chain phosphorylation in vascular smooth muscle cells, blocking vasodilatory signaling, and is used in cardiovascular disease research. cGMP Dependent Kinase Inhibitor Peptide acetate also inhibits PfPKG in Plasmodium and Toxoplasma, and is used in antiparasitic research.
体外活性方法：SD大鼠 (P21-23)，含内侧前额叶皮层(mPFC)的脑片，记录V层锥体神经元，通过记录电极内液给予cGMP Dependent Kinase Inhibitor Peptide acetate 1 mM，全细胞膜片钳记录EPSCs，CCh (50 μM, 10 min)诱导LTD。 结果：突触后应用cGMP Dependent Kinase Inhibitor Peptide acetate 不阻断CCh-LTD。[1]
