Bioactivity

名称HMBPP lithium
描述HMBPP lithium is an intermediate in isoprene biosynthesis, produced by bacteria and protozoa using the non-mevalonate pathway. It serves as a ligand for the inner domain of BTN3A1 and acts as an activator of human Vγ9/Vδ2T cells. Additionally, HMBPP lithium stimulates feeding behavior in mosquitoes.
体外活性HMBPP (10 μM) lithium 能够刺激主要的蚊子媒介 (HMBPP 补充的红细胞) 中的蚊子进食行为。同时，HMBPP (10 μM, 12 小时) lithium 可以激活经过纯化的人类 γδ T 细胞，并在这些细胞与 GBM 细胞 (U251、U373 和原代 GBM 培养物) 同孵育时，促进 CD69 的表达以及细胞内穿孔素、IFN-γ 和 TNF-α 的生成。
体内活性HMBPP (50 mg/kg，肌肉注射) 搭配 IL-2 (皮下注射，100 万 units，每日一次，共 5 天) 在吸入鼠疫耶尔森菌感染期间，促进食蟹猴肺部 Vγ2Vδ2 T 效应细胞的长期积累。'
