描述Tpl2 Kinase Inhibitor 1 hydrochloride is a selective Tpl2 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 50 nM. Tpl2 encompasses COT kinase and MAP3K8, and this inhibitor is applicable for research related to inflammatory responses and certain types of cancer.
体外活性Tpl2 (Cot/MAP3K8) 是 MAP3K 家族中的丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶，MEK 在 ERK 通路中的上游。Cancer Osaka thyroid (COT) 激酶 (Tpl2) 在巨噬细胞中调节促炎细胞因子。Tpl2 Kinase Inhibitor 1 (Compound 2p) hydrochloride 还可以抑制 MK2 和 p38，在 A431 细胞中的 IC 50 分别为 110 μM 和 180 μM。Tpl2 Kinase Inhibitor 1 hydrochloride 抑制脂多糖诱导的人原代单核细胞和人全血中 TNF-a 的产生，IC 50 分别为 0.7 μM 和 8.5 μM。
