Bioactivity

名称LETC
描述LETC is an orally active α-synuclein (α-Syn) aggregation inhibitor with an EC50 of 66 nM in transfected DH60.21 neuroblastoma cells. It can cross the blood-brain barrier and is applicable in studying synucleinopathies.
体外活性LETC 在转染的 DH60.21 神经母细胞瘤细胞中抑制 α-syn 聚集，EC 50 为 66 nM。
体内活性LETC（10 mg/kg；口服；每周 5 天；持续 6 周）在多个脑区显著减少 α-Syn 阳性神经元，提升小鼠在开放场中的运动能力。但在家笼环境中，LETC 对 L62 小鼠的活动缺陷无改善。在 α-Syn 转基因 L62 小鼠中，口服 LETC 后，其在脑中的积累物质半衰期约为 6 小时。
