名称Matairesinoside
描述Matairesinoside is a lignan extracted from the stem bark of Styrax japonica S. et Z, which is known to exhibit antibacterial and antioxidant properties while also functioning as a virus–cell fusion inhibitor. Matairesinoside acts as a potent inhibitor of TMEM16A, a novel target implicated in lung cancer progression, confirmed through molecular simulation and site-directed mutagenesis. Matairesinoside significantly reduces lung cancer cell growth, migration, and invasion while inducing apoptosis, with gene knockdown and overexpression demonstrating TMEM16A as the direct target and Western blot analysis elucidating the associated signaling pathways involved in tumor suppression.
体外活性Matairesinoside具有较强的病毒-细胞融合抑制活性，融合抑制率达46.7%[1]。 在DPPH自由基清除实验中，Matairesinoside表现出显著的自由基清除活性，其IC50为2.19μg/mL[2]。 Matairesinoside对Pseudomonas aeruginosa的抑制活性最强，其MIC为0.001 mg/mL[2]。
