名称Substance P (7-11) acetate
描述Substance P (7-11) acetate is a specific fragment of the neuropeptide Substance P, acting as a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator in the central nervous system, with its endogenous receptor being neurokinin 1 (NK1R), making it useful for neurophysiological and pharmacological research.
体外活性Substance P (7-11) acetate 在浓度大于 1μM 时，可促进前列腺素 E₂（PGE₂）和胶原酶的生成。通过荧光染料 Fura-2 检测发现，能引起细胞内钙浓度升高的物质为 Substance P (7-11)，而intact SP、SP-(1-4)、SP-(1-6)、SP-(8-11)或SP-(9-11)，以及速激肽家族成员神经激肽 A（NKA）和神经激肽 B（NKB），均无法引起上述细胞内钙浓度升高的效应。此外，10μM 的 Substance P (7-11)诱导的细胞内钙浓度最大变化值为 140±30nM [1]。
