描述Phlorigidoside C is a natural cycloartenol glycoside isolated from the Tibetan medicinal plant Lamiophlomis rotata that exerts anti-rheumatoid arthritis (RA) effects by modulating the OPG/RANKL/NF-κB pathway.
体内活性Phlorigidoside C 在佐剂性关节炎大鼠中显著减轻关节肿胀与组织损伤。其通过调节 OPG/RANKL/NF-κB 通路，上调 OPG、抑制 RANKL，减少破骨细胞活化，从而缓解软骨降解与骨质流失，改善关节功能 [1]。
