描述Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human CCL2/MCP-1 Antibody (2H5) is a monoclonal antibody targeting mouse/human/rat CCL2/MCP-1, capable of blocking the CCL2 signalling pathway, reversing the immunosuppressive microenvironment, enhancing chemotherapy sensitivity, reducing macrophage infiltration, and inhibiting latent HIV seeding. It is applicable for studying inflammatory diseases, viral infections, and cancers such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
体外活性Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human CCL2/MCP-1 Antibody (2H5) （5 μg/mL）处理 16 小时后，THP-1细胞向受感染的肠样源性单层（EDM）的迁移显著减少[1]。 以 10 μg/mL 浓度作用 24 小时，Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human CCL2/MCP-1 Antibody (2H5)显著减弱间充质基质/干细胞 (MSCs) 对自然杀伤 (NK) 细胞 IFN-γ 分泌的促进作用[2]。 通过敲除 BV2 细胞中的 LILRB4，Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human CCL2/MCP-1 Antibody (2H5) 可抑制 CD8+ T 细胞的募集[3]。
体内活性在 DEN 和 CCl4 诱导的肝细胞癌模型中，联合使用 Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human CCL2/MCP-1 Antibody (2H5)（8 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每周4次，第18-24周）与 BLZ945，可使肿瘤数量显著减少​​[4]。 ​​对于感染 HIV 病毒的 TKO-BLT 小鼠，采用 Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human CCL2/MCP-1 Antibody (2H5)（100-200 μg，腹腔注射，每48小时一次，持续12天）处理，能显著降低其体内 HIV 病毒量​​[5]。
