名称2-Amino-2-methyl-1-propanol
描述2-Amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP) is an emulsifier, pH buffer, and surfactant used to prepare solutions with a pH of 8.7–10.4, exhibiting inhibitory effects against Plasmodium falciparum.
体内活性方法： 大鼠通过口服方式给予 2-Amino-2-methyl-1-propanol，剂量范围为 1100–1700 mg/kg，连续处理 30 天。 结果： 部分大鼠出现血清谷丙转氨酶（SGPT）和脯氨酸氧化酶（OCT）水平升高，但未观察到明显的大体病理学或组织病理学改变。[4]
