描述RIPK1-IN-17 is a dual inhibitor of RIPK1 and RIPK3 that specifically inhibits necrosis by inhibiting phosphorylation of RIPK1, RIPK3 and MLKL, protecting mice from hypothermia and death in a tnf-induced inflammation model.
