名称(RS)-3,5-DHPG
描述(RS)-3,5-DHPG is an mGluR1/5 agonist (EC50 = 60 nM for mGluR1) that activates the phospholipase C (PLC) pathway, thereby activating protein kinase C (PKC).
体内活性(RS)-3,5-DHPG单次注射 25 nM，可在大鼠慢性压迫性损伤模型与 CFA诱导的炎症模型中，引发持续性痛行为 [3]。
