名称DS-003
描述DS-003 is a small molecule Gp120 inhibitor. As an analog of BMS-378806, DS003 demonstrates enhanced inhibitory activity during prolonged exposure and when used in combination with fusion inhibitors. However, prior exposure to soluble CD4+ hinders DS003's binding to the viral envelope. Studies indicate that due to its targeting of the CD4+ binding site on Gp120, DS003 is a promising candidate for pre-exposure prophylactic therapy.
