名称SP4e
描述SP4e is a PPAR-γ activator with EC50=826.7 nM in HK-2 cells.In a Swiss albino mouse model, SP4e is effective in decreasing blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL levels and increasing HDL levels.
体外活性在 HEK-2 细胞中，SP4e 激活 PPAR-γ 的 EC₅₀ 为 826.7 [1]。
体内活性在 STZ 诱导的糖尿病小鼠中，SP4e 以 10 mg/kg 剂量口服给药连续 15 天，显著降低血糖水平，效果接近对照药物 pioglitazone（36 mg/kg）。同时，SP4e 改善了血脂指标，降低总胆固醇、甘油三酯和 LDL 水平，提升 HDL 水平[1]。在 STZ 诱导的糖尿病斑马鱼中，SP4e 以 10 mg/kg 剂量处理 10 天后，显著降低血糖和脂质过氧化水平（LPO），并显著提升抗氧化指标，包括谷胱甘肽（GSH）水平和过氧化氢酶（CAT）活性，显示出良好的降糖与抗氧化作用[1]。
