名称DMBA
描述DMBA (7,12-Dimethylbenz[a]anthracene) is a carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) that can be used to induce animal models of leukemia, liver cancer, breast cancer, skin cancer, and lung cancer. It is also capable of inducing programmed cell death (apoptosis) in A20.1 murine B-cell lymphoma.
体内活性DMBA (0-150 mg/kg，口服) 导致 C57BL/6 小鼠的脾脏重量减少，从脾脏中回收的淋巴细胞总数减少， 可用于构建诱导皮肤致癌、乳腺癌以及肺癌等癌症模型[5]。
