描述Murepavadin TFA is a highly potent 14–amino acid cyclic peptide antibiotic that exhibits strong and specific antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, with MIC50 and MIC90 values both measured at 0.12 mg/L, functioning through targeted interaction with the lipopolysaccharide transport protein D, and serving as a valuable research compound for studying bacterial resistance mechanisms, antimicrobial specificity, and novel antibiotic development strategies.
体内活性方法：在使用 XDR（广泛耐药）细菌分离株的临床前感染模型中，皮下注射给予 Murepavadin TFA（0–100 mg/kg）。 结果：Murepavadin TFA 在临床前动物感染模型中表现出抗菌活性[1]。
