Bioactivity

名称Pinobanksin
描述Pinobanksin is a natural flavonoid that induces apoptosis in B-cell lymphoma cell lines and SH-SY5Y cells. It is a potent antioxidant that inhibits the peroxidation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and is able to occupy the catalytic center of xanthine oxidase (XO) and thus inhibit it. Pinobanksin also exhibits antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antiparasitic, anti-mutagenic, anti-proliferative, and anti-angiogenic effects.
体外活性方法：Pinobanksin（0.1-1mg/mL，24小时）处理 PC12 细胞，MTT法检测细胞活力并测量 ROS 含量。 结果：PC12 细胞的存活率超过 85%，Pinobanksin 没有表现出显着的毒性。并且可以降低细胞内的 ROS 水平，在 1 mg/mL 浓度下降低 31.82%，显示了 Pinobanksin 的细胞内抗氧化作用。[2]
