名称Ligupurpuroside B
描述Ligupurpuroside B is a natural phenethyl glycoside discovered in Ligustrum robustum, exhibiting antioxidant activity with an IC50 of 80.4 μM against AAPH-induced haemolysis.
体外活性根据Stern-Volmer方程，由于Ligupurpuroside B-脂肪酶复合物的形成，脂肪酶荧光通过静态猝灭机制被Ligupurpuroside B猝灭。研究测定了结合常数、结合位点数及热力学参数。298K温度下获得的ΔGo（-25.085 kJ mol-1）、ΔHo（-12.14 kJ mol-1）和ΔSo（+43.45 J mol-1 K-1）数值表明，Ligupurpuroside B与脂肪酶的相互作用是自发过程，且疏水作用是稳定Ligupurpuroside B-脂肪酶复合物的主要作用力。酶活性实验显示Ligupurpuroside B能有效抑制脂肪酶活性。同步荧光光谱（SFS）分析表明，Ligupurpuroside B与Tyr残基的距离比与Trp残基更近。[1]
