名称Phoenixin-14 TFA
描述Phoenixin-14 TFA (PNX-14 TFA) is an endogenous neuropeptide present in the central nervous system, circulation, and peripheral tissues. It regulates appetite, pain perception, and reproductive system neurons, stimulates insulin secretion, enhances memory, and provides cardiac and neural protection. It modulates GnRH receptor expression and exerts anxiolytic effects.
体外活性方法：Phoenixin-14（1–1000 nM）处理黄体细胞，将细胞储存在-70 °C以分析STAR、CYP11A1、HSD3B、CYP19A1、PTGER2和PTGFR mRNA和蛋白水平以及LH受体（LHCGR）蛋白表达。 结果：Phoenixin-14增加了 STAR、CYP11A1、HSD3B 和 CYP19A1 mRNA 水平，1和10 nM的Phoenixin-14增加HSD3B表达，100和1000 nM的Phoenixin-14增加STAR和CYP19A1表达，而所有剂量的Phoenixin-14均增加CYP11A1表达。[2]
体内活性Phoenixin-14（50 μg/kg，腹腔注射，每天，7天）处理SCI小鼠模型，可以改善SCI损伤小鼠的运动功能。[3]
