Bioactivity

名称SD-36 TFA
描述SD-36 TFA is a selective and highly efficient STAT3 degrader with a Kd value of about 50 nM.SD-36 has anticancer and antitumor activity, and can break down mutant STAT3 proteins in cells and inhibit STAT3 transcription.SD-36 promotes growth inhibition and induces apoptosis through inhibition of Mcl-1 in gliomas.
体外活性SD-36 通过诱导细胞周期停滞和/或细胞凋亡来抑制急性髓系白血病和间变性大细胞淋巴瘤细胞系的生长；SD-36（0.005-5 μM；4 天）在 MOLM-16、DEL、Karpas-299、KI-JK、SU-DHL-I、SUP-M2 细胞系[1]中表现出强效活性（IC50＜2 μM）；SD-36（1 μM；5 小时）完全消耗 MOLM-16 细胞中的单体和二聚体 STAT3 蛋白[1]。
