名称S19-1035
描述S19-1035 is a potent and specific inhibitor of aldo-keto reductase 1C3 (AKR1C3), displaying an inhibitory concentration (IC50) of 3.04 nM. It is primarily utilized in tumor research.
体外活性S19-1035在低细胞毒性条件下（0-100μM；72小时或96小时）对单独使用时的抗肿瘤效果有限。[1] 然而，当以10μM剂量连续使用8天时，S19-1035显著逆转了对阿霉素抗药的乳腺癌细胞系的抗性。[1]
体内活性Setrobuvir（分别为200、400和800 mg）BID的活动表现为分别降低了-2.1、-2.2和-2.9 log10 IU/mL（与安慰剂相比≤0.1 log10 IU/mL）[3]。
