名称RO27-3225
描述RO27-3225 is a potent and selective agonist of the melanocortin 4 receptor (MC4R), with EC50 values of 1 nM for MC4R and 8 nM for MC1R. It demonstrates approximately 30-fold selectivity for MC4R over MC3R. RO27-3225 exhibits neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory properties.
体内活性RO27-3225（0.012-0.048 mg/kg；静脉注射；Wistar大鼠）治疗可以逆转出血性休克，减轻多器官损伤并提高存活率。RO27-3225 或许能够在循环休克后对多器官衰竭提供保护作用。
