名称Tricin 7-O-glucoside
描述Tricin 7-O-glucoside is a naturally occurring flavonoid with antidepressant and anxiolytic properties that increases the activity time of mice in the forced swim test. It protects the brain by attenuating brain I/R damage and attenuating blood-brain barrier (BBB) disruption, decreasing HMGB1 and NF-κB signaling pathways.
体内活性方法： 从科里亚草地上部分的水醇提取物中获得有机级分 （PcEA），然后进行化学分析和分离，得到六个级分（PcEA、T1、T2、T1.1、T2.1 和 T2.2）。雄性 ICR 小鼠用于根据强迫游泳试验 （FST） 确定选定治疗 （PcEA、T1、T2 和 T1.1） 的抗抑郁活性。使用高架加迷宫 （EPM） 测试确定各种治疗 （PcEA 、 T1 、 T2 、 T2.1 和 T2.2） 的抗焦虑样作用。 结果： P. coriacea 的有机部分降低了小鼠的焦虑样行为，并增加了 FST 中的活动时间。化学分离后，从物种中分离出两种具有抗抑郁活性和抗焦虑样作用的化合物，分别是 T1.1 （Tricin 7-O-glucoside） 和 T2.2 （harmane）。[1]
