名称Biotin-PEG4-SH
描述Biotin-PEG4-SH is a PEG-based PROTAC Linker containing a biotin group and a thiol (SH) moiety. Composed of four ethylene glycol units, it offers excellent hydrophilicity and is frequently utilized in the synthesis of PROTACs. The thiol group allows for conjugation with target protein ligands or E3 ubiquitin ligase ligands via thiol-maleimide coupling or disulfide exchange. The biotin group facilitates the enrichment, detection, or further bioconjugation of the resulting molecules.
